In Nekojima, “The Island of Cats” in Japan, an electric network is being developed to serve the bustling districts of the island. However, the narrow landscape and curious cats roaming the wires make installing electric poles a tricky challenge.

Nekojima is a wooden dexterity game where players must carefully balance and stack denchuu (), or electric poles, without letting the cables touch. It requires focus, precision, and skill. In competitive mode, the player who collapses the structure loses. In co-op mode, the goal is to see how far the team can build without a collapse.
